We offer prompt repair & re-sharpening services. If your instrument needs work, you can request an estimate before we repair it. In the unlikely event of damage, send us your diamond knife and our experienced technicians will thoroughly inspect it. We can replace all worn parts, clean and lubricate all moving mechanical parts, repair if broken, re-sharpen the diamond blade and, in most cases, return it to you within a few days.

All instruments are carefully inspected before shipment, just as they are in every step of our manufacturing process
All our diamond knives are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any knife is determined to be defective in workmanship or material we will gladly repair or replace it. Please inform us within two days of receipt of shipment.
